veXER
$XER can be locked for up to 2 years to become veXER (vote-escrowed). veXER gives you:
- Fee share: 40% of all protocol fees go to veXER stakers
- Governance weight: vote on strategies, fees and treasury
- Full tier: any active lock unlocks Premium immediately

Unlocking Full tier — two paths
- Lock veXER (recommended) — lock any amount of $XER. Unlocks Full immediately and robustly, and counts toward fee share and governance at the same time.
- Hold $XER — hold at least $150 worth of $XER in your wallet. Measured as a time-weighted average balance (TWAB): buying briefly to grab the tier and selling again doesn't work.
Tier status is re-checked on-chain every 15 minutes — no application, no manual approval from us.
Token allocation (launch design)
$XER has a fixed 1B supply split across these buckets. Team and (if applicable) investor allocations vest over time to avoid early dumping:

If XERION launches without an external raise (bootstrap), the investor bucket is redistributed: Community rises to 32%, Treasury to 25%, and the investor line disappears entirely.
